Covert's Pump Service has been providing me with excellent service for over five years. One day I found myself without water during summer. Being in a panic, close friends recommended Mike and when I contacted him he immediately responded to my crisis. He replaced my burned out well pump. Also, due to the well's declining water level, he recommended I install a 2,500 gallon water holding tank, which he did. The water tank has been a life saver during these past drought years and I am grateful for his suggestion. I have since had to call Mike on two other occasions to fix control and relay problems. Again, he responded quickly and corrected the problems and got my water flowing again. On a few occasions he has even walked me through troubling shooting my water system over the phone and I was able to resolve the problem. Late Sunday morning, Memorial Day weekend . . . whoops, no water. Called Coverts Pump Service and within an hour, Mike and his Dad, Gene, responded. Within 2 hours, they had pulled the pump, fixed the damaged wiring, reset the pump and restored our water. Excellent service and good prices. Would definitely recommend this company.
